We try to keep majority of our products "in stock" so we can get them to you as soon as possible. However, it's unfeasible for us to stock every product we sell. Every product detail's page will show one of the options below along with the "Product Availability" explained in the next section. These two values will determine your estimated shipping & delivery timeframe.
In StockAn item we stock in our warehouse and typically ships within 1-3 business days. Occasionally our inventory numbers are inaccurate. If your item turns out not to be in stock, we will notify you via email with the estimated shipping date.
Drop ShipAn item we do not keep in stock. This will ship directly from the manufacturer. We will process your order the same day your order is placed. Most companies drop ship within 7-10 days, sometimes sooner.
Pre-OrderAn item we typically stock, but not currently on hand. Typically we will already have new inventory on the way and can provide you a delivery date.
Custom OrderAn item that is made to order. Shipping times can vary. For an accurate timeframe, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us, (623) 282-1090, prior to ordering.
Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Usually Ships in 2-3 days". It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 1 business day, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.
Out Of Stock
Items designated as "Out of Stock" are currently unavailable. We may be waiting for additional inventory. If you'd like to order an item currently out of stock, please email our sales department, email@example.com
Porterbuilt Fabrication Product Availability
We are a stocking dealer for all PB Fab products, including Dropmembers, Control Arms, Hood Hinges, and more! We do our very best to always keep product in stock and have recurring "stocking" orders in place. We receive new product every 2 weeks. If a PB Fab product is listed in the "PB In Stock" category, it will ship in 1-3 business days.
If you are interested in a PB Fab product not listed on our website, please email our sales department (firstname.lastname@example.org). We can custom order any PB part for you.
We also have some older PB product for sale. This is sold "As-Is" and all sales are final.
What if my item is past the estimated shipping & delivery timeframe?
Although we do our very best to meet our estimated shipping times, sometimes extenuating circumstances happen that are out of our control (lost shipments, damaged product, etc.). If this happens, we do our very best to get replacement product as soon as possible. We will also notify you via telephone or email.
