Shipping & Delivery
Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy":
We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.
Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Both are "ground" services that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (many of our products ship from our warehouse in Arizona). Some of our products are "dropshipped" or ship directly from the manufacturer to you.
Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:
- "Availability". Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Usually Ships in 2-3 days". It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 1 business day, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.
- The method of delivery - our shipping method is either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground (commercial addresses), or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses). Some of our items, such as apparel, may ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. If you require 2nd day delivery or overnight delivery, please contact us for a shipping quote and availability.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Occasionally we may run a promotion offering free shipping. If a product or order qualifies for free shipping, we will use the least expensive shipping method. Please note this may add additional time to your delivery.
Transportation and Risk of Loss
We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, you must file a claim with the carrier.
No signature is required for delivery. You accept all liability for lost and/or stolen packages presuming it is confirmed by the carrier that they were delivered to the shipping address provided.
Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are designed to provide you information on our services and outlines important conditions that apply to your using these services. These terms and conditions may change or be updated from time to time. It remains your responsibility to access and check these terms and conditions whenever you access the site. The latest version of these terms and conditions will govern any future usage by you of the site.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
Viewing Orders & Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, M/C, AMEX, Discover). All pricing is subject to change. We will not be held liable for any pricing errors, including shipping, that may occur on the website. Although we strive hard to eliminate any errors, we are human and mistakes do happen.
Updating Account Information
Your account information can be changed or updated at anytime by logging into your account here.
We collect sales tax in the state where we have a physical presence, Arizona. We do not collect sales tax in any other state because we are not required to do so. All orders placed online will be charged using the applicable sales tax rate for your shipping address. Even if we do not collect taxes on your purchase, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. We do not offer any product warranties. All warranty issues rely solely on the product manufacturer. Please refer to the product manufacturer website for their policies.
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of delivery in the original packaging.
All returns must have an RMA.

Please make sure the RMA # is written on the outside of your box.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note it may take several days for the credit to appear depending on your card issuer or bank policies.
Exchanges will be for the exact same product. If the exact product is not available, a product of equal value and quality may be substituted.
All returns MAY be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We try to keep majority of our products "in stock" so we can get them to you as soon as possible. However, it's unfeasible for us to stock every product we sell.

Cancellation or Modification
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of the initial order date. If the order has already shipped or is in the shipping process, cancellation or modification may not be honored.
We do not share or sell any information that is collected during the checkout or account creation process (name/address/phone number/email address). No credit card information is ever stored on our server.
